| Job description | General front desk operations for hotels and other accommodation facilities on Sesoko Island ・Check-in/out, facility guidance for customers, etc. ・Reservation management operations using accommodation reservation sites ・Response to inquiries by phone and email ・Check-in and other reception duties at hotel front desk ・Cash register closing duties ・Confirmation of reservation status, arrangement of keys, and guidance ・Help with guest room cleaning ・May be asked to perform other clerical duties. ・Telephone support, customer service, reception, simple data entry, etc. |
